"Phoenix Services LLC. WOW outstanding fast service. Called office at 10:30 AM. Excellent receptionist ROBIN pulled our file & knew our furnace was still under warranty. Called back in 15 minutes to confirm that we would receive a service call same day at 3 PM. Serviceman arrived at 2 PM and our Furnace and thermostat were inspected problem diagnosed and repaired within 30 minutes.JACK was Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, questions always answered. Attention to cleaning up work area prior to leaving. Very impressed with the quality of work and the timeliness of their service call. It’s freezing cold outside. I am a Retired Citizen of Warren county, and had my furnace serviced immediately. Highly recommend!!!!"

"Still waiting on a estimate for furnace and Ac,almost 2 weeks later still have not heard anything!!!! Called on October 20,2023 was told i would get a call back that day it is now October 23,2023 still waiting for that call back.Called back today October 26,2023 was promised a call back. They won't call back as promised!!!They are such Liars!!!!! Still have voice mail from over 2 weeks ago!!! Lie after Lie!!!! Lady that answer phone is such a complete liar every time I call!!!!!! Don't use this company till you listen to voice mail they left me about their excuses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
