"This is the 5th year in a row that we have rented our bounces houses and water slides from Quad City Bouncy! Every experience we have had has been nothing less than fantastic from not only the owner John but his son and other delivery men as well! They are all very respectful and understanding and just want family’s to have fun with their equipment!! Their prices are ALWAYS very reasonable compared to anyone else around town that wants and outrageous amount! I will always recommend them to anyone that asks for bounce house/Fun activity rentals! We rate them a 10 out of 10 from my family!!"

"I did not have a good experience with this place, based off reviews I thought this was a really good bounce house rental place but it wasn’t and my sons birthday party was ruined because the guy that was supposed to set up the bounce house did not arrive on time so the bounce house would be up and ready for the kids when they arrived at the party! Then the guy didn’t check the plugs that plug in because it was broken, he left to get another cord and he was gone for almost 30 minutes, and because the electricity didn’t work at the park he still couldn’t get the bounce house up even though I told the owner John to have him bring a generator just in case the electricity didn’t work at the park! Thank god one of the parents at my party offered to help with a generator that helped get the bounce house up but then it fell down while kids were in it I’m guessing because it only holds 4-5 kids but by the time the bounce house was usable my party was over, and I was very disappointed because I thought this company were very professional but they weren’t especially the setup guy bringing his kids, and dog to setup the bouncy house that’s unacceptable! I’m just grateful to only paid 40% of the price since my party was ruined, I’m not sure if I wanna rent from this place ever again! I tried to really give this place a chance but the setup guy should have known better!"

"Wonderful communication and service! We were back and forth with whether or not to move forward with the rental with a storm on the radar. They were extremely flexible and understanding. We ended up risking the weather and it paid off as the 1.5 hours the kids had on it were the best of the whole party! My daughter also really wanted a pink bounce house and theirs happened to be booked already, so we improvised and added a banner of her theme to the bouncy. It was perfect! Delivery and pickup were prompt and professional. Will use again!!"
