"Had some prescriptions sent to this pharmacy and waited 30 minutes to get our prescriptions. The wait didn’t bother me it was the fact that they had me wait all of that time just to tell me they don’t accept my insurance and if I wanted to use my insurance I would have to call CVS and get them to call back up to Walgreens and have the prescriptions sent over to CVS but ohh another catch they could not send over my child’s cough medicine because it’s a controlled substance so still would have to pay out of pocket for that. What is the difference in having it filled there and paying cash or just sending it over to CVS so my insurance would cover it. I obviously didn’t get the cough syrup. Will never ever be back to this Walgreens and will definitely never try to use this pharmacy again. Thankfully the Pharmacist at CVS was very helpful and assured me they would contact Walgreens and get my prescriptions filled for me."

"Horrible customer service. Didn’t have the medication the doctor called in for my daughter. When we dropped off the prescription they said it would be 30 mins to an hour (just an ear drop that’s prepackaged so it doesn’t take that long to process, I used to be a pharmacy tech).. verified my phone number for text alerts when I left the pharmacy.. came back an hour later and they informed us they didn’t have the medication in stock.. never received a phone call to let me know that even though I verbally verified my phone number. Horrible horrible horrible. Avoid this Walgreens. And also avoid ERgent Med in Brunswick! They wouldn’t answer the phone to change the medication."

"What has happened to walgreens? I stopped in here to get a fragrance There was no one at the fragrance counter, so I asked the the cashier if she could get somebody over in fragrance. What she did because she came over there and she didn't say nothing to me she just stood behind the fragrance she didn't say hello or she didn't say what can I help you with or what would you like to see or anything like that she just looked at me and then I said is there any of these that I could smell by any chance and she said no we cannot do that we cannot spray them but yet there was fragrances under the counter that were open and definitely had testers so you could smell them but she wasn't willing to help me or anything and I said well I'd like to smell some of them before I buy them and she just turned her back on me and got on the phone and called somebody to the other register and she just looked at me and had her phone in her hand and didn't help me at alll!! So I said well I'm not going to buy a fragrance if I can't smell itI!! And she didn't say anything to me she didn't care at all I don't know what's happened to Walgreens but this particular location really left a sour taste in my mouth and I'm truly disappointed"

"Showed up 9:55pm and they all ready closed up. Just needed children's Tylenol and when someone finally saw me at 9:59pm they mimed that they were closed. I pointed to my invisible watch too and they walked away. Terrible location. Was going to call the manager but the name isn't listed on the sign. Just go a few more miles to the midnight location."
