"They were 2 hours late. Was told the truck would be there at 2 didn’t arrive until 4. When he pulled up the truck wasn’t mixing and it came out way too dry. He said he added 25 gallons of water to 6.5 yards of concrete! He was in a hurry because it was getting close to quitting time for him. He wanted it offloaded asap. Then was told I’d get a call from the sales rep about a discount. Never received a call. They never tried to make it right. They don’t seem to care about customers because it’s the only place around to get concrete. All around was a terrible experience"
