"I can agree that this shop has friendly staff but I have to relate their scheduling to a budget airlines. Either they overbook truck repairs that they can’t possibly accomplish in the given time or there is a culture of not being straight with the customer. My truck has been at the shop for two weeks longer than expected… wrong parts have come in and been reordered days later and I sat two days in the drivers room after being told my truck would be ready late Monday, now it’s Wednesday. Probably their biggest challenge is only having one shift… if they get behind it pushes everything out. I wish I would’ve been towed to a different shop. (Added after complete on Thursday) the shop did complete my repairs, the mechanic did explain all the work done, And in the end the service manager was very fair with me. (Upgraded to 3 stars) Ok update from May… turbo blew up… had little to no boost so I took it into a CSM Kenworth in Green Bay. Found that “material” had been left in the intake and come through the turbo blades ruining them. The material didn’t just show up it had to come from some person leaving something in the intake. Cost $13,500. MCH gave me $6000 toward the repairs. At least it was something."

"Stopped into MHC Dubuque for an oil change last week. Did not have an appointment, but Brad got me right in! They did a courtesy inspection on it and found brakes were low, and a wheel seal leaking. Got a quote, very reasonable and prompt service. Brad even took me to the truck and showed me the issues, and what to look for. Wittnessed a great team in the shop as well! Tech working on my truck and James the foreman kept me informed through every step! Had me in and out same day! Means a lot to an owner op who doesn't get home a lot!
