"This company should not be in business (one star is probably too kind). They were subcontracted from our builder to complete all of the flatwork on our new home build. They refused to start the project until a rough grading was done. So, after an $850.00 rough grade from another contractor, KE started our project. Not only did part of the work need to be re-done, they left trash all over our yard, and refused to backfill their work (leaving our money spent on our rough grading lost). After reaching out to their boss, Lucas, to show our disapproval of their job, he responds by referring all future contact to his attorney. I wish our home builder would have researched KE flatwork more before hiring them."

"Our driveway is only 4 years old and has been crumbling and deteriorating as shown in the picture (our entire driveway looks like this).This is not normal wear and tear that is to be expected of a newer driveway. I would expect a few cracks here and there from settling, but not crumbling into gravel. We have reached out to KE multiple times about this and keep getting ignored with little to no responses. After contacting them several times they finally said they would send someone to look at it but no one came."

"If i could give less than 1 start i would. I work for a Major Local Company and we needed a new parking lot installed. First i was told that they are not doing any quotes for work coming up. I then asked how do you not quote people for future work for a company. The woman i spoke to then asked how big of an area with measurements were we looking to have done, i than asked isn't that the job of someone coming out to do a quote? She took my information and then called me back saying they were not interested. Very unprofessional. Do not use these people."

"As a small company owner of outdoor work, I understand deadlines and I understand beating the weather. Sometimes we are a day, a week, or maybe even a couple weeks behind because of the elements. But the greatest thing I believe benefits us the most (admittedly not as large of a company as you are), is still consideration of others. Your company came in to cut concrete in our subdivision at 6 in the morning on a Saturday. Some of the families work very hard and long work weeks to afford their homes in a decent area and even make sacrifices to raise their children on a one parent income. I found it appaling that after 28 days of not having a day off and the first chance I had to maybe get an extra hour of sleep was taken from me and my husband. Later I would find out our whole block was awakened by your company's lack of consideration. So I can only rate your company for its lack thereof since maybe you do good work. However, it seems you conduct business not caring about those affected by you making a dollar. Maybe I'm coming off a little harsh, but I don't think so. I believe business practices such as waking people up at a ridiculous hour is the kind of lack people are getting sick of and should be pointed out. My hope is you consider such the next time you work in someone's neighborhood."
