"Absolutely wonderful store! Had an issue with something and the Brunswick store manager was great and easy to work with. From the repair gentleman to the front desk the entire fackatly were friendly and very eager to help."

"We purchased an entertainment center, couch, kitchen set and 2 captains beds and NONE were put together correctly!! When they got delivered we had to help unload it all while the manager, Sandy sat in our house on her phone. We also had to help put them all together. Now we are moving and we see the items their staff put together and it is totally rigged with screws that don't belong in places they don't belong and broken pieces hidden under mattresses. We spent a lot of money and now are totally SICK about the loss. We asked for a discount due to having to help unload and assemble and Sandy laughed. Will make sure we don't ever shop there again. Be sure to double check everything you get from them. Our beds would have seriously injured someone had we not noticed."
