"This is a horrible company they called me a Karen because my husband and I both questioned a purchase we didn't make they were so rude scammers LOW CLASS TRASHY PEOPLE, they had no intrest in revolving situation at all"
"Absolutely Not! Terrible experience- talked to both my husband and I like complete dogs. Said they would make the problem right if we paid the shipping only to turn around and say they were not going to resolve the matter and help resolve the situation. We had no idea we were buying their product through Facebook. Never received package- emailed them. They finally responded after over a week. It’s been 30 days since we paid for it. They sent the package to a wrong address. Never once asking our correct address when ordering it. We Paid for it through our PayPal account which has the correct address and we thought that’s the address it would be sent to the one tied to our PayPal. Explaining all this to the company over and over to talk in circles and resolve nothing. I finally agreed after my spouse said to go ahead and pay for shipping to work through the issue. They then sent a long message how they were not going to in fact make it right. Went on to tell me a how much money they make and who they do business with. I would never recommend dealing with such disrespectful Company."
