"Made an appointment for blood pressure treatment and waiting in examination room I was notified that he would not see me because on a previous visit when I had covid my blood pressure was really high and according to him I was "noncompliant" by not following my blood pressure treatment which hadn't been prescribed. He told the nurse I was going to a walk-in clinic instead of being properly treated by him. The "walk-in clinic" he mentioned is the Mohawk Industries's onsite where I'm employed in which I get my annual DOT physicals instead of coming to his office because I'm not an individual who goes to the doctor for a running nose,headache, ect...."

"The front desk staff was very rude and tried to accuse me of using the doctor to run one test when I was trying to tell her that my husband needs a PCP to continue finding a good treatment because his current treatment was not working but that test was part of what he needed. I proceeded to tell her that wasn't true and she just said the doctor wouldn't be interested in seeing him."
"Called this doctor today but because I'm on so many meds, including pain meds that I see specialist for, and was told he wouldn't see me because I'm on pain meds. I can't help the fact that I'm so sick. I wish I was healthy. I just moved here and don't want to travel an hour to a family care doctor. I'm very disappointed in the discrimination!"
"I was notified by phone May 27th 2020 that I had a past due bill that I owed from April 2018 that my insurance said they would pay but this office sent the code in wrong (same code) 5 times! Last I heard from the office about this bill was in 2018 and now two years later they’re telling me I owe almost 400$. I told her how unprofessional this is for a business to act this way at a time like this. This office knows nothing about what my family is going through right now and I tell her I’m not going to be able to pay it. She sent it to collections the next day without calling me back and giving me more information that I requested. My husband and I went to this office and we will never go back because of the way they have ran their business. My in-laws will be moving here soon and I told them they could try Dr. Tsui, but not now. I can’t believe they are acting like this. What’s really bad is they are going to lose a lot of business because I’m sure I’m not the only one that has been treated this way. The lady that was hired to collect payment for past due bills literally told me they couldn’t get ahold of me and I told her I had moved. I asked her why no one has called me and she said “they didn’t utilize the phone” are you kidding me? If you want payment from a patient and they aren’t responding For two years to your letters sent out, then wouldn’t you pick up a phone? This should have been handled two years ago with my insurance paying it because I shouldn’t Have to pay 400$ when I already pay hundreds of dollars to have insurance in the first place. Do not go to this office. The staff isn’t friendly."
