"First visit. No greeting when I entered. Young girl behind the counter didn't greet me or even take her eyes off her phone. Another woman at a table in the aisle was on the phone, clearly frustrated. I walked all around the place, trying to figure out how to pick up a prescription. Come back to young girl, and tell her I didn't know where to go and the other lady at the table said, he'll be out in a minute." Pharmacist comes out. He was friendly but didn't wear gloves or wash his hands before filling prescription. I get the script, and I am told to go to the counter with the young girl....she still doesn't greet me, still has a phone, and now has candy hanging out of her mouth. I guess I jumped the gun on inserting my card into the reader, so she took it from me and looked at me like I was crazy. She prints my receipt, and it rolls onto the floor. I stand there staring at her, and she says, "You need to sign that." 5 words is all she said to me the entire time. What is her purpose there? I will never return. I would rather drive all the way to savannah than walk back thru those doors. I don't care how small town you are. She didn't know me, so if you want repeat business, build a rapport. No phones and definitely no candy/eating. Greeting and thanking are important."
