"Good old time gym. Very close to our house. Friendly people. We used to go to a planet fitness but there is not one close to our new house. Not the quantity of machines we were used to but we love the small town feel of the gym. Totally serves our purposes."
"The staff is second to none & the environment is VERY clean. Robin, the owner, is such an awesome person & you can tell she absolutely loves what she does. There are several Silver Sneakers classes throughout the week & I believe there are other classes. The customer base ranges from local high school athletes to retired school teachers. You have your bicycles, ellipticals, stair climber, treadmills, Smith Machines, adjustable weight machines, and free weights upfront, with a more "cross fit" room in the back with sledgehammers/tractor tires, pull-up bars, battle ropes, and punching bag. There is space in the side parking lot to flip the 3 provided tractor tires."
