"When I saw poor reviews, I knew Google must have Heaven Sent Helpers in Villa Rica confused with some other service with this name. After reading the reviews, it's clear that they do since the Villa Rica, Georgia Heaven Sent Helpers is not an assisted living facility. They provide in home care. Our family has dealt with Heaven Sent Helpers on more than one occasion. Our experience has been consistently good. Everyone from the owner to schedulers to care givers are professional and responsive. They listen and create care plans that are carefully tailored to a person's needs. Since caregiving is such a highly personal service, sometimes a caregiver and patient don't fit well together. In those rare cases Heaven Sent Helpers quickly made adjustments. We have never called that they did not answer our call and address what we called about. These folks are, hands down, who I will call anytime I or my family need personal care at home."

"I visited here to see about a safe place for my mother because I am no longer able to take care of her because of her rapidly deteriorating health. I walked in, only to be greeted by a woman (blonde hair, blue eyes, mid 40's maybe) who was rude to me, rolling her eyes if I did not understand a question and ignored me many times to check her phone. Unbelievable, would never send my mother here to be neglected. Take care of the woman who consistently ignored me, then MAYBE!"
"came to this home to inquire about assisted living for my sister, she has severe health issues, and I was treated very poorly by a member of the staff. Though I did not catch her name, she had blue/green ish eyes, looked to maybe be in her late forties, early fifties, and had a dirty blonde brownish mixture hair. One positive thing about this place, The driveway is easy to get out of, two stars for that. Will not be treated like that again"
