"Incredible customer service and products. I originally needed help on a solar set up for a camera and had no idea how. I sent an email on a Sunday and had a response in an hour. I had more questions and they walked me through exactly what I needed and what I had to do. The great customer experience led me to buy 8 new cameras with solar on them and I just added two more today. They even added a post it note with my solar set up to remind me that the camera I bought uses a specific voltage and port. Best customer experience I have had in ages. Will be doing business with them for life."

"I have purchased from Herd 360 in the past with no issues and I have always been satisfied. Last week Mike posted for sale 100 of the Tactacam Reveal X cameras 3 consecutive nights. The first two nights of the sale I secured the camera in my cart only to lose it prior to completing the sale. To say the least this was extremely frustrating. I emailed the company and Mike replied to me promptly explaining how the sale worked as well as the purchase process. He then went a step further and posted on his site some helpful tips such as using Apple Pay and Google-fill to complete the purchase. I took his advice and scored a camera on the final night of the sale. There were literally thousands of customers attempting to buy these 300 cameras. Mike has received a number of undeserved bad reviews due to this - he can't help that the supply is limited folks! I appreciate how he tried to make this fair for everyone and was impressed that he personally responded to my email within minutes after 9PM. I will continue to support Herd 360 in the future."
