"So after our visit with this physician at Jackson Hospital where my boy is always taken care of. I hate to say that the care she provided was sub par to be nice about it. I’ll try to keep it short but this woman has absolutely zero compassion, treated me and my son both very disrespectfully and acted as if we were incompetent and almost like my son was faking his symptoms. I’m absolutely disgusted, outraged and completely shocked! I understand that she doesn’t know us or our history or situation but all the more reason to listen to your patient and take what they say into consideration and do what you can to ensure that they are comfortable, feel safe under your care and do everything possible to rule out all things. Literally I was so upset that symptoms that he was having for the past couple of days kept coming to me in different times and when I would let them know she would just say uh huh sure….seriously! Wow! I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone especially for children by the grace of God I’m kept my composure and I’m not in jail. On another note she should probably get more sleep. She looks like she has been up for several days btw if it would let me give zero ⭐️s I would"
