"My braids are very neat & the same size al around. This is my 3rd time coming here & it was the longest i've been there when i came in the morning time & its like they focus on being on the phone more then doing your hair , they feel they can stop and Go to the back after they finish a section of your hair and thats not how it supposed to be. They literally will not take long if they focus on more BRAIDING . But Work is very Nice . And i asked to put my ponytail loose and they did just that . I got there at 9:15am-5:00pm . I would Recommend the shop because their work is neat ."

"Booked appointment for 4:30pm Wednesday she said it was cool she called me Tuesday to confirm I told her yes I'll be there pulls up on Wednesday at 4:15 just to let her know I was coming in she says she forgot and told me to come back on Thursday same time she will do it then. When I got there Thursday she had me waiting for over an hour plus before she started with me. I get in the chair at around 6:15 she tells me don't feel like doing the style I want and offer to do a different style but the same price?... I politely say naw I want what I came for she was like ok started parting my hair all rough and I told her she don't have to do my hair if she don't want to and she said since I'm here she will do it... she did 3 twist then said her arm hurts so if I would've got the braids would your arm still be hurting?? Long story short this was very unprofessional and so not coola at all"

"I been a costumer for about a year now every time I go they do my hair nice and neat but the only things I don’t like is they take so long to do my hair I just got some box braids done two days ago I went in at 9am and they didn’t finish till almost 5pm and they’re was two people in my head and I was the only one in there getting my hair braided so how come it was taking so long , another thing I didn’t like was they talked the whole time and kept stopping to look at they phone every 5-10 minutes, and the kind of heavy set women was braiding way to tight . Other than that they do a great job with braiding my hair , they just need to work on procrastinating less and staying constant on braiding your hair ."

"Not sure why y'all complaining these ladies were lovely. I went 5/18/18 for some senegelse twist and was done in 8hrs 8:33a-4:23p. I love my hair they are so neat and small. NO my head does not hurt. The woman that did my hair i think she said her name was Nilly was very gentle and encouraged me to hold the braid to prevent pulling. She even left my baby hair alone. I will def be back. Thank you ladies of Milo Shop :)"

"I have been going to Milo Hair Braiding for at least 5 years now. They always do a great job on my box braids or senegalese twists. This time I went for goddess locks. I sent the owner a picture of what I wanted and she assured me they could do it. When I came to my appointment with the wrong hair (what she told me to get) she took me to get the right hair and we rescheduled for the next day because of time. Ok, cool. I came back the next day ready to get my hair done and when I walked in they started talking about how I had the wrong hair (the hair she took me to get). I asked the lady who would be doing my hair if it was a problem and she said no, she just misunderstood. A few times I told the 2 ladies doing my hair that it was too tight & they replied that it had to be and it would loosen up in a couple days. 6hrs later my hair was finished and the owner stood there waiting for the payment. This rubbed me the wrong way because usually they hand me a mirror and take pictures of my hair, but ok whatever. Because of the history I have with them, I trusted it, paid her, and left. Once I got home & looked at my hair, I realized it was HORRIBLE and not at all what I wanted. I took it down that same night and will NEVER return to Milo Hair Braiding. My thing is if you cant do the style, just tell me! Either I'll go somewhere else or I'll change the style. You have lost a faithful customer because of greed & dishonesty. I have included the picture that I sent the owner of what I wanted and a picture of what they did. Hope this helps someone on their search for a nice braiding shop."
