"This is being written by a man - the husband. Went there this morning, promptly, at 11AM since that’s when the business is supposed to be open. I just needed to pick up a WISH purchase that was delivered there for pickup. Arrived at 11AM and young woman came out from the back after a moment or two, fully engrossed in her cellphone. No “hello” or “good morning”. Nothing. Nada. Not a word. But she was certainly involved with what was ever on her phone. Finally, I said that I had a wish pickup. Ah, alas, she needed to finish whatever it was on the phone before she could tell me that I needed to come at 12 or 1. I, being the kind of person that I am, asked politely why I needed to come back at 12 or 1, and as she had before, her attention went back to her phone. I asked, again. “The machine doesn’t start until 12 or 1”…. I didn’t bother asking anything else. Worst. Customer. Service/Experience. I’ve had in a very, very long time. Were it not for the fact that I need to pick up the items, I would never step foot back in the place. Again, ever. I don’t know anything about their prices or products, so I can’t speak to that. I can’t say that every experience for everyone is going to be like this however, is this is any indication of what one can expect, well, I would submit that you consider making your purchase elsewhere - IF - you are interested in a positive guest interaction. And for the record, in our reviews, I have said before that I am loathe to leave less-than favorable reviews for ANY business but, in this case, the experience was so horrendous that I even told my wife that this one won’t get a pass. Terrible experience."
"Illegal child labor? I called them before I came in. They answered me on speakerphone that I was having trouble understanding them. Then they gave me attitude that they already answered my question. Very unprofessional, not a pleasant and customer friendly attitude. When I came in a little girl came out, maybe 8 or 9 years old, no adult in sight. After about a minute she said "Wish?" I replied, yes, that I'm here to pick up my package. She turned around and went inside the store/house. After few minutes comes out with a toddler running around and looks at me. After few minutes, she asked me for a code. I'm not sure what she was asking for. I looked at my Wish app and was not able to find it (just FYI it's not in the app, it's in the email) I asked if there's a different way to look up for my package. Her answer was "No". She was about to turn around and go back but she stopped, I guess she was told that she has to stay till a "customer leaves". So I had to try to figure out what she was asking for. I searched on the Wish app and finely when I searched all my emails from Wish I found the QR code that is what she was referring to. After about 10 minutes I got what I came there for. I wonder if all this is safe. Where are their parents. Why is she working? This unpleasant experience made me a bit concern."
"Came in to get a wish package an hour before they closed. Lady was there, answered me at the counter right away, looked for my package & looked around at the resale items there that were well priced. Got my package & left. Wanted to purchase some of the items online said it would be online but no website working. Not surprised but i wouldn't call it bad. You're in south city, its just an inconspicuous little store/salon, not claiming to be a high price anything. Frankly if you expect high end then go another ten minutes into the city & if you live anywhere in the county or even state you know that. If you come on here downing this place you only have yourself to blame & just looking to complain. Id say if the prices are decent try em out. But again all i did was get a package"
