"This lady name Amy told me that she could redo me one braid I asked her how much it would be she said she wasn’t sure didn’t I stand that all all because your a hair Braider you should know exactly how much you should charge a person for one zig zag braid to the back ! She finished the braid and asked me how much would I charge for the braid if it was me I told that lady I’m not sure she laughed it off and said you can give me 10 dallies I said do you have change for a 50 she said yes I gave her the 50 and she handed me back a 20 i said what’s this she said that’s how much the braid cost I said you just said it was 10 dollars then think a braid cost 30 dollars it to everything in me to knock that damn lady collected my things and left because I knew if I would stay I would went to jail !!!!"

"Soo good got it done in 5 hours!! Edit: Just mom also weighing in (above was my 8yo on her way home)... I am so grateful for this shop and these ladies, from getting my daughter in the next day and then on from there. They took such careful attention and sent my baby out of there confident, happy and looking amazing. Even the hair quality was really nice and the products smelled delicious. You could say a touch pricey but when you consider the end result and the experience it was well worth it. 10/10 Would definitely recommend!"

"Very unprofessional. I called on a Friday asking if I could get my 2 boys hair braided on Sunday because they do take walks in. Amy told me to call her at 11am Sunday and she’ll tell me what time they can come. I call exactly at 11:00 am she kept saying how it’s back to school time and she can’t fit them in and how she has even more appointments from the last time we spoke on Friday. If she has booked more appointments for that Sunday, after speaking with me that means she could have allowed me to schedule the appointment right then and there when we spoke Friday. Also, she should not have told me to call at 11am and then say she would tell me what time they could come only to say she can’t take them. She should have just told me no on Friday, I would have respected that and that way I would have had time to find another braider. I’ll never return there again. There are too many other options here in stl and they’re more professional."
