"Mary that works the self checkout is beyond rude. She wasn’t just rude to us, she was rude to others checking out. We ended up needing assistance and as the approached us, she huffed and puffed. We stood there waiting for help as the machine notified them, but the workers would rather stand around, talk and laugh. We had already been there for an hour waiting on paint to be mixed and we were the only people buying paint at the time. These people act like they dislike their jobs and the customers."

"We were going to use Home Depot to install new tile in our house. On the delivery day, the material was delivered to a house we haven't lived in for 8 years. Once corrected (wife had to wait for two hours for them to show up) the delivery guys were polite. Then, when it came time for installation (third party company used by HD) one guy shows up and the price immediately goes up $1300 (needed floor leveler according to the installer). Also turned a three day job into at least 5 days. So we cancelled the project. The pickup process was just as big of a nightmare. We are still waiting for people to return our phone calls. The first attempt to pick up the product, they once again went to the wrong address. So we call the store, still waiting for Patty and Chris to call us back. Called the Calhoun store, the product was picked up, from the correct address, the next day. The Rome Home Depot leaves a lot to be desired"

"DO NOT BUY A MOWER FROM THIS LOCATION. Just purchased a zero turn here and left empty handed because they couldn't get 2 different ones to start. Also the mowers are stored outside, badly sun bleached and scuffed up. When we finally got back in touch with the store after hearing nothing for more than 24 hours they informed us our mower was ready for pickup. Picked up the mower and got home only to realize they'd sold us a used mower that was no doubt returned for some defect. Blade deck had old hardened grass stuck inside of it and blades had rock chips. Beyond shady operations going on at this store"
