"They refused to take the discount from my insurance and is billing me the rest of the bill stating they have no contract with my insurance company although everyone else in the hospital does."

"I never received a bill from when i had my surgery back in July 2016. They reported it to the credit bureau in September 2016. I received one phone call from the collections agency which i thought it was a fraudulent call so i refused to speak with the representative. After checking my credit 2 months later i found out it was not a fraudulent call. I called Dothan Anesthesiology and was told my address in their system was my physical and not my mailing. I received my medical bills maybe 2 weeks after my surgery but never did receive one from them. I paid the full amount on 3/13/17 and was told by the woman i paid my bill with that she would contact the collections agency so it could be removed. I disputed the collections from my account the beginning of April and it was removed but added back by the collections agency on May 2017. I would never recommend this company to anyone they do not handle business properly and it is made out to be the patient fault."

"Very discriminatory about their billing! My insurance paid the same amount that BCBS pays but Dothan Anesthesiology refuses to give the "discount" that they give BCBS, so now they want me to pay the balance in full! How can they legally discount one person but not another? Sounds like discrimination to me."
