"My grandmother has been a patient of Mancuso’s for awhile now. She had an appointment at 1:00, she lives 25 minutes away and traffic was horrible so she was 7 minutes late. She went to check in for her appointment and was informed that since she was 10 minutes late she would have to reschedule- or she could wait and POSSIBLY be seen later that afternoon. My grandmother is 74 years old and for her to treat her patients like that is just astonishing!! I feel horrible for the people that work for her because her receptionist had to do her dirty work for her. All I can say is I hope no one treats her elderly family members like that and my grandmother will NOT be seeing her anymore."

"The only thing she is worried about is the fake covid and a mask !!! She does exactly the opposite of what you ask but will order stupid tests instead !! And don’t ask for ibuprofen or Zofran it’s obviously up there with morphine !! I’m paying you and yet you do not listen to patients or ever go by what they say !! I’m done with this doctor and her rude uncaring manner. Save yourself the time and frustration and do not go there , you’ll regret it !!"

"AWFUL! We recently moved to Dothan and I have never felt more overwhelmed and judged with my 2 year old at a doctors office. The nurse was rude. She didn’t even take my blood pressure until after the Dr came in. She gave me a mask to put on and I said “I didn’t see anything about COVID but I wanted to let you know I am fully vaccinated”, she then turns and says “well you still have to put it on”. I told her I was never not going to, but most offices I have visited want to know. When she did come back after the Dr to take my blood pressure she then starts asking if my family is military, like normal people don’t move everyday.. I felt pressured by the Dr to have my blood drawn even though I am healthy and had blood drawn a year and a half ago. She was more concerned with my family history. I didn’t go bc I was experiencing any issues other than wanting for my husband and I to have a regular Dr in case we are sick or need to be seen. My husband nor myself will be back, period."
