"I was at a newer car wash and got the most expensive wash out there but because they do not prep, my vehicle still had bugs and bird poop on it. I pay a monthly membership for platinum washes and my car should come out clean. So I came back to Sweetwater my original car wash because the guy that I like here the most Jason he preps before you go through the wash. He does such a great job on my car and it always comes out looking AMAZING!!. It is a shame all the new washes opening up to not have a prep person because the washes just are not as good as they could be. The price we pay for vehicles, we want to ensure they are maintained and this is one of those things. So a HUGE SHOUT OUT to JASON as Sweetwater car wash in Ofallon for going above and beyond to prep my ride and make sure everything was cleaned off my car. I'll will be back to see you again. "I have been washing my vehicle their for 18 years. Staff is always courteous and go out of their way, to please their customers. The only place I wash my car. Anyone who is unhappy with the service, is having a bad day , or just unpleaseable."
"I spent $18 for the automatic car wash. Afterwards I got out to do the remainder of my inside cleaning. I noticed my trunk and driver side and front was still filthy like it hadn't been touched. So I pull up and the guy takes a look at it and says I agree with you pull around il run you back thru. So I do. The other guy there and him talked and he came back up to me and said it's not gana get that clean with a automatic wash you need to hand wash it. What's a automatic car wash for then. to pay $18 and it looks like it hasn't been touched it a bit ridiculous. So I just backed up as I was an inconvenience. It seemed like. But wow it was rude and I won't be back there."
