"Oh wow. Just had the worst experience speaking with this doctor. He wouldn’t listen to me, cut me off, became angry and told me that I was challenging him as a 25 year critical care doctor. I was simply trying to get my 3 year old child treated for an ear infection. I eventually hung up the phone as i could not listen to him belittle me any longer. Later I read his report where he lied about the entire conversation! Will be taking this as far as I can with 1800MD. He may be a 25 year critical care doctor but that doesn’t mean he’s a good doctor.. or human."
