"Not a good resource . Wouldn't recommend taking the time to express your needs. They offered me and my children "a tent" but couldn't provide even that. They have NO desire to help the community . It was very sad. I recommend it be shut down because they don't even consider helping "have the resources" to connect you with a shelter, vouchers for hotels, food, or homeowners. And instead of informing you that they don't actually have anything to offer. They hang up in your face. Prayers for all that need assistance in this economy. And PLEASE AVOID SPEAKING WITH TIM. Very disappointing experience."
