"If you do not check your RECEIPTS or APPLIED COUPON REWARDS they will get over on you if you let them. Every time I come to this location I use my rewards on the app. The overnight worker guy “Nick” scanned the coupon bar code with no problem, as I look on the screen the coupon was not applied to my purchase & my items were at regular price. Mind you, every time I come here to this location this issue occurs. I have to speak up about it after noticing it because he won’t say anything at all. It’s always “IDK WHY IT’S DOING THAT”. “I CANT REDO IT”, I have to ask him for a receipt every time after my purchases. His customer service if terrible. He needs to be retrained he is extremely nervous & anxious when handling customers purchases. Please check your receipts & the card reader screen to check the prices of your items because he will try to OVER CHARGE you. Everything in there is ridiculously high for no reason!"

"- Not a fan of the New Management, today (2/11/24) had a line haft way through the store and only 1 person ringing people up. - Had 3 to 4 people be hind the counter and the Manager was tearing into a worker on the sales floor with customers hearing everything said. - This is unprofessional as I have worked 20 + years in retail and if you need to talk to any employee, do it in the back or office. Never in front of customers or other employees. - I still like the service here but I am concerned about the future of this station if management is going to do that with their employees. I almost put up my items and walked out."

"The guys that work night they are all very nice and helpful. The food is ok the buns on the sandwiches not good they r always hard on the bottoms that's from leaving them under the lights all day because they only make them once a day and that's at 9:00 am every morning. The food is going down hill fast. Larry's a pretty good cook he does keep the chicken fresh. He don't mind helping customers when needed. Hated to see Lisa go she always made me laugh and smile."
