"Dr Shores and his staff were friendly, understanding and efficient. This was my first appointment with them and I left with confidence that I will get a proper diagnosis and a solid care plan moving forward. In review of myself as a patient their first exposure to me was awful. I had just drove in from Houston, Tx with smoldering anxiety, zero sleep, no food and an exodus of caffiene. At one point I accidentally yelped out during the exam due to being super sensitive, in pain and nothing short of a basket case. "I never have to wait too long to get to see Dr. Nuccio. He gave me a shot in the knee with a long needle to help with the pain in my knee. I have arthritis and a bone spur in the knee, and he told me I didn't need surgery on it. When he put the needle in my knee it didn't hurt even a little bit, and I was expecting it to really hurt. I do believe my knee is better already and he only gave me the shot yesterday."

"I have never met a more friendly, helpful staff. They were very caring and supportive, informing me of each step we were taking in my care for the day . Michael Nuccio was incredibly kind and informative. He explained in detail what steps we were going to take in treating my injury. Even the shot that was administered didn't hurt. That was a relief. The nurse was very kind and helpful and the smiles were a welcome relief to what I had experienced at other facilities. The radiologist was thorough in numerous X-rays that were needed. From the entrance to the exit, I have no complaints only compliments, for care, concern, being thorough in my examination and the kindness and smiles from the staff. I will recommend this facility and team to all of my family and friends. Top notch care I will not feel anxious about coming back. I rather look forward to it.
