"Before you go here please make sure you’re a pro at lining up with their car wash equipment or the guy working might yell and roll his eyes at you a million times. I do love this place but today’s experience was not fun. Make sure you practice first and know how to enter the car wash so you don’t waist his time :)"
"I can remember when this place was owned by people who cared; who fixed things and listened to their customers. Celebrity was truly the best carwash in Oakville, then Auto Spa took over now now everything has gone downhill. The vacuum cleaners may be free but the suction is horrible, They pick up nothing, Club carwash Vacuum cleaners are much more powerful and have way more suction power. Over the last few visits I have noticed garbage everywhere in addition to the vacuum shovel attachments broken, the compressed air often has water in the lines so water sprays everywhere when trying to detail. However the icing on the cake is the Automatic car wash, it cleans absolutely nothing. Whenever I take my truck through it never gets to the top and often at times I have to go through the self service wash to go over the debris the automatic missed."
"Convenient and fast wash with great vacuums, but every time I wash my car, a film is left on my car with weird sticky spots around my car. Windows seem to take it the worst and it’s not super easy to get off. The thermo dry you pay extra for doesn’t do a great job either."
"This is my neighborhood car wash. I have only gone through the automatic was about twice in my 10 years of living here. I use the self-service wash bays. It has been recently upgraded and is better than before."
"On 1/20/24 i went in for my weekly wash. During my visit my car was damaged. The conveyor rack cracked my wheel. The attendant (young teenage looking male) who was guiding me in, saw my wheel get damaged and didn’t say a word. If you can’t guide a car into the wash, perhaps you shouldn’t work there. Unbelievable! The monthly membership had recently gone up, the quality of the wash has gone down. Was considering canceling before this. Definitely canceling now! Beware of this business"
