"I’m a young girl in my 20’s and a man pulled up very clearly with the intention of being weird towards me. I didn’t catch his name , but a worker came up and told me he saw it, and assured me if he did anything it would be dealt with, and that he would be walking around and keep an eye on it. "The car wash its self was amazing! This is the location I've seen with the compressed air! I absolutely LOVE THAT! Customer service on the other hand, definitely could use some work. Neither one of the employees wanted to be there. You could absolutely tell. Neither one of them guided me and then I got stuck on the conveyor belt and had to back up and reposition because no one was doing there job... also not a towel in sight, which really isn't a big deal. But I seen no other employees anywhere else. Super disappointing because I love club and this really might make consider switching. It was super rude and unprofessional. Slumping around, just spraying my car in random spots.! Most of what he sprayed onto my car blew right past in the wind! Customer service is the main point of contact Club, customers should never leave nothing but satisfied, and happy."
"I love Club Carwash. From the towels provided when you pull in, to the servicemen that hose off your car (always friendly and pleasant), to the wash experience itself. My car us never left with soap residue remaining as I have experienced at other car washes, along with not a lot of water remaining on my automobile to wipe off. I would recommend this car wash to everyone."
"I love getting my car wash from this chain. For this location, it was fast, felt safe, and got plenty of towels to use! (Only two towels per person, though). It is an excellent value if you want a basic wash. It cost about $7! I got premium wash, which was needed for my car since it’s been a while since the last time I got it washed."
