"The car wash is ok. The place is never open on time. They’re closed a lot because it’s old and needs to be renovated. After car is washed it leaves bubbles on your car and I have to clean it off myself. Sometimes the car don’t get clean and I have to go through the times before it’s clean."

"I know I have had some crazy issues with Zips in the past - some my part and some their part. However, both the Edwardsville and SoCo locations were easy to get in and out of. And, on past visits, the staff overall are great and are enjoyable to talk to."

"Some parts have been broke for months, thinking of switching my membership to another company since there are like 5 new car washes going in around the area. They either need to fix things or as soon as that QT closes they're going to lose all their business. Update: parts have been fixed, only issue still left is the drying aspect once out of the wash still lots of soap on the passenger side of the car."

"Did exterior basic wash for 12. Guy that helped me was nice. Went into car wash. Part of the machines weren’t moving on the right side. Wash was done and I looked in my rearview mirror to see half of my back window still dusty, and car was not dry at all. Still basically soaking wet. Got out to wipe down the car down and not satisfied with wash. Still lots of dirt left on the bottom of the car, crevices on fog lights, even the license plate was still filthy, etc. Would not recommend. Go somewhere (anywhere) else."

"Update: I decided to give this place one more try since it’s so close to my house. They've increased their prices But neither of the brushes on the right side of the car wash work. So while you can pay up to $35 for a single car wash, only half of your car will actually be cleaned. The attendants are always super friendly but I just paid $10 for car wash and they're still lots of bird poop on the hood of my car. At that price the wash should do a much better job of cleaning."
