"Huge scan sent some old guy to my house where he wanted to walk through and do an inspection of my house and then possibly rent us a place when we told him no that it felt like a scam and git very upset and left and his office girl is beyond nuts she yelled at me over the phone so loud I couldn't make out what she was saying so we hung up and now they call me back and make no effort to talk or respond to us. Avoid feels like a very bad scam of some kind from these people"

"He absolute worst place to live! Trailers get fresh paint and polished up but once u sign the papers and hand over your cash it all goes down hill fast! First the place starts falling apart or trying to burn down while u sleep from the electrical (the property manager Ricki is amazing and will help with anything possible but u can only do so much renovation to a place that will cost $20 grand when the owners only give u $500 n say figure it out) then u start to realize the type of twacked out, abusive drunk, peeping Tom, child molesting types of people the u now share a neighborhood with, add in some undisciplined and dangerous little baebae kids that make u fear letting your own children out the door, not because u worry about the bad influences outside but because your 10 won't come out of his room bc a teenage boy makes fun of him n torments him on the school bus n the principal won't do a thing but knew the kid b4 u say the name n admits to having previous issues but won't do or say anything bc "fear of retaliation on my kid" nthreaten to crack his scull open with hockey sticks after already using it on a 9 year old boy in front of my kid. If that all sounds like a good place to stay and makes u feel like u can call it home, congrats welcome. For the normal people trying to make a life for them n their kids RUN!"

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS SLUMLORD!! You will be disappointed when the house looks like a nice livable house, and then figure out that everything is the complete opposite. They sold me a trailer which I put $3000 down on and from day 1 of signing the lease everything was falling apart. When we went to move in the house was inhabitable and we couldn't even live there. We asked for our 3000 dollars back because we couldn't live in the house we paid for. AND THE SLUMLORD OF THIS PROPERTY ARGUED ABOUT EVERYTHING WE HAD TO SAY. HE THINKS IT'S NORMAL FOR A HOUSE TO HAVE MOLD(BECAUSE WE LIVE IN MISSOURI) ACCORDING TO HIM WATER DAMAGE IS SOMETHING EVERYONE HAS.... AND TOLD US TO SHUT OUR MOUTHS BEFORE HE RIPPED OUR 3000 REFUND CHECK UP. TOLD ME HE DIDN'T CARE HOW MANY KIDS I HAD OR HOW MUCH MONEY I WAS OUT. HE WAS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND AN AWFUL PERSON TO DEAL WITH. He will defend MOLD, WATER DAMAGE AND every other damages that will not be disclosed with you before signing the lease then scream at you to shut your mouth the minute you call him out about how nasty his properties are. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!! Turn your water on before you pay anything to make sure the pipes aren't all busted because then they will "fix" it but it will never be fixed then it will be your responsibility. That's how they get you"

"The people that run and own the park a shady they fix there places up where they look good on the beginning then thing start messing and falling just after they are no longer liable to fix it. I wouldn't recommend anyone moving into that place you will just get screwed over"
