"DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE! Club Car Wash as a company are thieves. They charged my card w/o authorization after I cancelled, then when I caught them and demanded a refund I was told they don't do refunds. So, if you use a card there they may later charge it without authorization and tell you that you're SOL. This is a scam as many people won't catch it and others forget about it. Avoid this place like the plague because they are thieves. They lie about caring what you say too. Their concern is fake as it gets."

"I’m a VIP member which not complaining about price however the location on Lindbergh BLvd in St. Louis Mo well let’s just say the last few weeks I’ve been coming here have not been pleased with the service . For instance on 8/23/24 came to wash and vacuum out my car and there was no towels out on the carts and all the glass cleaning bottles were empty now I visited on the 2:00 pm hr and they weren’t relatively all that busy and when I brought it to the staff attention I was told they were working on it . I observed 2 employees just standing inside the building in the air conditioning. Ever since club carwash took over this location the service, atmosphere, vacuums and amenities have really gone down hill I maybe moving my membership to another carwash if things continue to deteriorate at this location. Management at this location needs to take better pride in making sure things are available for the customers .i hope someone in management at this location reads this or better yet district managers"

"I get the monthly unlimited car washes here. I like the service these guys give and I try to tip them every other wash atleast. One thing I did notice though on one of my trucks is the paint now has brush marks from the bristles. They may not be soft ebmnough to eliminate this. One day i may have to pay soneone to get them buffed out. I worry because I have 3 vehicles that I do a monthly on and use the wash once a week I would say on each. Overall, fast friendly environment to detail your car in."

"I am extremely disappointed in Club Carwash. My windshield was cracked from top to bottom when I went through the carwash 3 days ago (see attached photo). I spoke with the on-site employees, who were both extremely helpful, and filed a damage complaint. When the claims department reached back out to me, I was told that they do not have quality camera view of the wash entrance, so they could not deem my cracked windshield as damage from their car wash. I was also told they could not cover my insurance deductible to get my windshield replaced and they also would not refund me my $10 for the wash. I am extremely disappointed as I have never had any issues with Club Carwash before this, but I will never be going back."

"I’ve been to this car wash twice. The employees are very friendly and I hope they know how much they are appreciated. I ended up getting a membership today and I chose the Elite wash, because I wanted my wheels done, and the underside as well. It’s important to me to keep my car clean. I live in a condo and I don’t have access to a hose so I need a good car wash. I have a 2022 Jeep Compass and I feel that this car wash does a great job on my vehicle. It’s very easy to use and it doesn’t scratch my car. I feel that my car stays clean for a long while and when it rains, it still looks really clean. I don’t have a problem with the suction on the free vacuums. I think they do a really good job."
