"I’m not naming any names. But your staff (not all but most) has the absolute worst customer service skills I’ve ever experienced. I have been going to this gas station since the day it opened. The actual nerve and tone you can use with strangers and the unnecessary attitude is atrocious. I’ve worked in the service industry for 30 years. If I had anyone do an ounce of the stuff done here from staff I would have fired them before they could finish a sentence. It’s embarrassing."

"I go to this mobile everyday all day and just had the worst experience from a girl named Catrina she was just as rude as she wanted to be. I don't see the Catrina girl much because staff change so much but she's low key rude every time to me and I've told other workers now they saw it for themselves but today was the day when she threw my stuff back at me like I was wrong. Another worker had to come help me and got it right. I get along with all the works. I had to say something about this particular girl today cuz she was just too rude and it got out of hand. She even tried to put me out but she knew she was wrong and couldn't. I was born and raised in Webster Groves. I spend good money in this store every day and don't deserve to be treated bad at all. Im one of the friendliest people that come in this store all the workers say I make their day. Please get your workers in order. Another thing I'm over the night girl always closing the store at around 11p every night she works I believe her name is brandy and this a 24 hour store. It's not many gas stations around and I like to stop there after work but when she works she close the store. Thanks"

"This place used to be great but lately it's very hit and miss. The hot food in the morning is rarely ready or available. It used to be everyday at 7 am but most of the time lately it's 9:30 am or later before they get anything out. The front walkway is disgusting, it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. There has been a literal branch laying on the walkway for the last 2 days."
