"Usually have a good experience, but some rain messed up the ticket machine to leave. Pressing the help button didn't work because you couldn't hear the operator. Called the number twice, got met with attitude both times and the manager hung up on me without saying she was on the way. So I called again saying the machine wasn't working and got snapped on. This was ontop of having to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle bus which I didn't have a problem with. Just know wanted to let people know what kind of response these people will give."

"We’ve used Superpark in the past and were pleased. However, on this trip our opinion soured. What is shown on the site is inaccurate as when we arrived, it was showing 20% in A and 42% in B, yet both lots had Full signs up. We backtracked to D and found a spot. When we returned from our trip, there were only two busses running to C & D with dozens of people waiting, and the driver of our bus was already two hours past his scheduled time. Not only that, but there were multiple empty busses going to A & B. I know staffing is a constant challenge, but flexibility should be built into the procedures for this type of situation. In this case, both lots A & B had Full signs up, so they weren’t going to be picking anyone up from the lots, and no one was getting on to be dropped off at them. The buses could’ve been diverted to help rather than needlessly running around empty while the two remaining ones were packed with many people waiting. It took us almost an hour to get to our car. SuperPark lost quite a few customers last night!"

"I encourage everyone to spend the extra and use Parking Spot. Airports and flying can be stressful enough, no sense in adding to that by using a service that never shows up. Have fun waiting for an hour while D, B, E, and A drive past you multiple times. If you call to request a shuttle, after waiting patiently for 30-45 mins, be prepared to be yelled at/spoken down to. I previously used Parking Spot 3 and Parking Spot East. Those attendants are always kind, respectful, and most importantly, reliable. As someone who flies weekly, I can assure you that those 3 little things really do make a huge difference at the start and finish of your trip."

"Warning do not use this parking. They have no drivers or shuttles. Only use if you like waiting hours outside after a day of flying. Scam artists."

"Plane arrived at midnight. There were no shuttles. At all. To anywhere. One college kid walked to his lot, which was very dangerous, and got his car and gave the rest of us a ride. Not cool."
