"If you enter this destination in Google, it takes you to a subdivision where there is a trailhead between some houses. We parked on the street and walked from here to Glen Travis/Rabbit Run. As far as we could tell, there is no parking lot at this park. As another reviewer mentioned, it seems silly to list these as three different parks. There is no way to tell which park you're in when you're walking the trail. I uploaded all my pictures to my Adobe account which shows on a map where they were taken so I could get the best idea of which park I was in at the time. The scenery is pretty with lots of wildflowers in September, and the trail is easy to walk. You just have to watch out for lots of bicycle traffic along the way. There is a big bridge over the creek, and some overlook areas with picnic tables. We enjoyed our walk."
"Great park trails, paved, for walking and biking."
"Clean kid friendly park. Basketball court, baseball fields, clean restroom, trails, new playground equipment and a huge Pavillion."
"Most of this park consists of native prairie that's being restored. It contains the Dardenne Greenway trail that runs from Woodland Sports Park, past/through/near Gettemeyer, Rabbit Run, & Glen Travis Parks, and up to Dardenne Park and the city's golf course. This park doesn't appear to have a proper trailhead with parking, as that is technically at Rabbit Run, or Woodlands. Actually, I'm not sure why the city doesn't just combine Gettemeyer, Rabbit Run, & Travis into one park, as the precise borders seem relatively ambiguous and unimportant. As such, the photos I've provided are, as best as I can tell, in this park's borders, but may actually overlap with one of the others I've mentioned."
