"Cosmetology Professional store. You must have a cosmetology license to shop here. It's a nice store with many brands different from the other professional stores in town. Clerks were not overly helpful. Answered questions briefly."

"Funny, I entered to comment for Moline IL, but I see above it's the Davenport Location. FYI, no complaints for Davenport. Moline location is less than satisfactory. If you need help finding something, two staff members are not friendly at all. If you are checking out or asking questions, these two members make it seem like it is a bother to answer you question. If you need to return an item, that is a hellish experience. My last return was for towels that were stocked on the wrong self.......they were on the shelf labeled $11.99, they wrung up for $37.99 or something close. The lady "helping" me with my return was angry and lippy with me about my return. I try to go to ANY other supply store if I can just to avoid those people. I only go there for MUST need things. I would even rather shop at Sally's Beauty Supply. It is very sad. Something needs to be done about the women that work there that are extremely rude!!! If they don't like to be there, they shouldn't be there."
