"This station never fills the pumps with receipt paper"

"This gas station and the ones managed by this stores general manager are the worst to go to. I know the area manager does the one off of lake st. Louis. First time I went into the lake st. Louis store and was pretty much accused of stealing after I swiped my card the cashier said I was good. Then a minute later cashier came running out and started to wright down my plate number. I asked why he he said your payment didn't go through. I went back in and it was a mess. Guy was rude. I paid for my stuff and called the area manager and made a complaint. She gave me a little five dollar gift card for my trouble. That's a joke come on five after your store clerk made me look like a criminal for no reason. I visited the one on Brian road usually not bad staff. One day I walk in and the cashier's and area manager are to busy to do the job, talking about how hot a customer was and how they'd like to jump his bones. Awkward conversation to be hearing at a gas station. I went in this morning around 4:30am and this cashier cards me for a lighter.... I can go to QT and not get carded for a lighter. I'm almost 40 so this was crazy and she started to tell me I can't go buy one without being carded anymore. Then the cashier said 9 and some change was my total. I gave her a ten. She hits a few buttons and said my change was 9 something. She then said something wasn't right and my total was actually 10 something. Like what is going on here gave me one total then change it on me. The lady was very rude the whole time like she didn't like her job or want to be serving the public. This store and one run by the area manager are terrible very unprofessional. Stores are usually a nasty mess at that. Save yourself the trouble and go to QT where they actually train the employees to do the job right the first time."

"Normally this gas station is more expensive than the one closer to my house. In the middle of covid19, they have been occasionally cheaper. Since its close to my work I decided to stop. For some reason pump 4 decided not to stop when the tank was full and started spilling everywhere. The first time, maybe it was something I did. So I cleaned up a little and went about my day. 2 weeks later, they were still cheaper so I stopped again. Pump 4 did the same thing. Didn’t stop when it was full and started spilling everywhere. Feeling this time it was not my fault, I walked in and mentioned to the manager that pump 4 had not stopped for me when the tank is full for the second time in a row. Driving for 23 years, I have never had a pump not stop when the tank is full. She only replied with, “yeah, they tend to do that.” So this is an ongoing issue? The problem hasn’t been address or looked at? Will never return. I don’t care if your cheaper."
