After having surgery and not being able to put my arms over my head or get my incisions wet, I wasn't sure how I was going to wash my hair. Although I called at an inconvenient time for her she had me come right over and gave me the most relaxing, wonderful shampoo ever. Not to mention many kind words encouragement!
