"Me and my boyfriend were going to wash his car until it unfortunately broke down and needed some work, we were there for about 30 minutes fixing the car and this loud alarm started playing and the owner was watching us on the two cameras in the bay so we decided to clean up our belongings, as we were cleaning our belongings up, one of the workers pulls up behind our car and told us the owner called him to tell us to kick us out along with the guy who went mudding and was cleaning his car in the bay next to us, they did not get an alarm blared into their ears just someone telling them to leave, after this experience i will not be ever washing my cars there with how this company handled this situation."

"I purchased a $24 two wash package in the touchless automatic wash and the machine was out of receipt paper so I didn’t have the codes to redeem the second wash at a later time. I texted the number as well as called and left voice messages twice over a two week period to figure out how to remedy the issue. No response. Terrible way to treat customers who patron your car wash. Wouldn’t recommend."
"Sign says max charge for self wash is $15 and I was charged $18. $3 isn’t the end of the world but businesses that blatantly lie to their customers should not be in business."
"The self-spray bays do not spray properly. The price doesn't seem to be listed anywhere but it's $1 per minute. I put in $4 and tried to start with the "bug off" wand. It just sputtered for 40 seconds. I switched to the "pre-soak", that also sputtered for 40 seconds before barely coming out. I then tried the "triple foam conditioner" and, you guessed it, that sputtered for 40 seconds before spraying. By now, half of my time is gone so I had to quickly spray what soap I could and then switch to the rinse to get the soap off. So I paid $4 to rinse my car, which I could've done at home with a hose. I ended up going to a different car wash to finish the job."
