"Update 2: The billing issue was resolved. I appreciate their prompt response to the matter and working towards finding a solution. I am changing my rating as I am finally satisfied with the service. Update 1: I have been contacted by their staff regarding my feedback, and they explained that my dental insurance is still processing the claim. I appreciate this gesture from their staff and hope this gets resolved sooner rather than later. Initial review: I am compelled to provide a one-star rating due to an experience that can best be described as misleading. The lack of transparency regarding insurance coverage was particularly concerning. An attempt was made to expedite my appointment for wisdom teeth extraction without prior notification that my insurance would not cover the procedure. This oversight resulted in unexpected out-of-pocket expenses, as the facility is not within my insurance network. Had I been informed of this beforehand, I would have made an alternative choice. While the surgeon and nurses demonstrated competence during the procedure, the receptionist appeared inadequately trained, as evidenced by an erroneous attempt to charge me twice for a previously settled examination fee. Although the extraction itself was successful and without complications, the overall experience warrants caution and vigilance when dealing with this facility."

They all work together and communicate with you and each other through your entire visit. The office is comfortable and clean. They are very organized. I was in and out within 10 or so minutes."
