"Horrible experience living in this mobile home park. Because of Covid and other health issues I was forced to find a cheaper place to rent. I did not think I'd be taken advantage of the way I was. This is just one photo of many. This is my daughter's closet floor falling through due to mold. The owner also refused to fix the air conditioning, the bathtub is about to fall through the floor and so so much more. I moved in January and moved out by June. Not only does he refuse to fix anything but also troubles you over your deposit. He owns many other local businesses. I'd be careful doing business with this man."
"The place seems decent just driving by but once you pull in the trailers look small, worn down, some abandoned, ive heard the trailers are infested with roaches!!???"
