"HD Storage stated online that they were having an in-person auction at 10:30am. I went to the auction and was routed by GPS to their other location in Bremen, GA once I realized they had another location less than a mile away, I headed over to attend the auction. I arrived at 10:33am, I figured I would be out of the first auction due to being late but they stated online that they had 3 units for auction, so I was still looking forward to bidding on the other units. When I walked up to the units, a guy said it was over - they were done. I questioned, "already, at 10:34am?" And he responded, "yeah it's over". This was not a welcoming experience. They must not have started on time, as advertised on their social media page due to they stated all units were gone in only 3-4 minutes. I also planned to inquire about their pricing/availability for monthly rentals while I was there, but due to not feeling welcomed I decided this is not a place that I want to do business with. Will go down the street to Fortress Storage."
