"We had an EXCELLENT first oil change with Costa Oil in Fort Madison! The staff was so kind, very informative/knowledgeable and took their time to make sure I understood everything before & after my oil change. I was greeted as soon as I pulled in the parking lot, and after a quick 10 minutes I was on my way home! The place I used to get my oil changed would have me sitting in a waiting room for 2+ hours sometimes, with no communication. Sometimes I even wondered if they actually changed my oil. So, coming to Costa was a VERY nice change of scenery. The friendliness of the staff and the security that my car was taken care of well is what will keep me going back!
