"Did some business with Eric here, he was so kind and helpful!"
"This is the BEST car place in Saint Louis. Prices are great, Ron the mechanic is great and very sweet, and the customer service is outta of this world amazing. Eric's communication and willingness to work with you is the best. Making payments is easy to do even if you move out of town. I bought my first car from Eric in 2020 and drive it to and from Tampa Florida with no issues at all. The car lasted me two years and would be longer if I hadn't totalled it. I've known Eric for many years, his buisnes is an honest one a great one!"
"Very hardworking owner. Great cars and great prices!"
"Should have asked for more off of on my vehicle. Needed more repair than claimed and was told repairs were made that obviously wasn't, but wasn't really sweating them because I only needed to buy the parts and relatively easy fixes and the car is hard to come by. Was told the mechanic had been spending a lot of time with the car making repairs and maintenance which obviously wasn't the truth. Had I known the timing chain hadn't been replaced as claimed I would have took at least another $800 off the car. Luckily I have another vehicle and can afford to fix it also was told the car was a recent trade in but according to the title had been in their possession for 5 months.Which means they had 5 months to make necessary repairs. I could only imagine if someone dropped the 4k asking price or financed it for over 5k. Outside of that the staff is friendly. My advice is to ask for proof of repairs and maintenance. Also call out flaws and stand on what you think is going on with the car. 1 star for friendly staff. UPDATE About $500 later in parts alone an thanks to my brother I'm able to drive the car without oil leaking all over my engine. I left a bad review because you and your mechanic lied about repairs and maintenance...not to LEVERAGE a better deal. You all told me your mechanic drove the car for 2 weeks while his car was down and he put a TON of WORK into it and he was going to buy it. The only professional person there is the lady in the office that CALLED me asking why I left a bad review. I declined the full refund due to Lexus LS430s being hard to come by. I agreed to take the review down only if we came to terms. Eric, emailed me 2 or 3 times begging me to take the review down and completely ignored my offers. Never returned or answered any phone calls.I requested a partial refund of $300-500 on the vehicle over the phone or partial compensation on a repair from an agreed upon shop. Eric, showed no concern over the fact that the mechanic lied and nothing had been done to the vehicle... not even an oil change. The email was March 13, during stimulus season claiming, " I was hurting his business." and a full refund. No, your lies and pressure tactics are hurting your business. You're more concerned about reviews than the quality of your vehicles, customer satisfaction, your EXPIRED dealership plates, or hiring capable mechanics. You couldn't even call me to discuss the issues I'm still looking at $1000 timing belt job which the mechanic told me I had 40k left on when it really was 10k and the rusted Y-Pipe. I took my losses and you got your money out of me. I trusted you when I purchased the vehicle and was patient hoping you would redeem yourself. I even held back in my review for you but now you earned it. I have the receipts to show for the valve cover gasket repair that your mechanic claimed to have made when I pointed out that the car was smoking and the emails to back up my claims. Have a nice day."
"Just bought a car there on Saturday. The best price in town for a reliable used car. I will be back for another one shortly. Thanks for your honesty! The owner is a retired Veteran."
