"Drove from Springfield to STL with the understanding that they were going to hold a vehicle for me. They said they understood the drive and agreed to keep it. Get there and the car is now “in the shop” but they “have different cars to pick.” I drove specifically for that car and that car alone. Instead of calling the day before I drove all that way, he said “I was gonna call but I got busy.” I don’t know about you but that kind of miscommunication seems very careless. Especially for someone driving a bit to get a specific vehicle. I hope they don’t treat other customers this way. It sets precedence for untrustworthy customer care at every turn."

"We arrived about a month ago and bought a used vehicle from this dealerships lot, a week later of use the computer started acting up. After having that fixed the repair shop found the power steering pump to be bad and also the battery bad, new oil but no new oil filter, weird right? Also said there was a month warranty audibly but nothing on the paperwork after purchase. I quote what the owner said "we aren't one of those dealers that screw you over".
