"I recently was in the market for a 2003 Mercury Marauder, while on line I found Arch Auto Sales. To my amazement he had the very car I was looking for from the beginning! It was a 2003 Mercury Marauder concept model, it had all the upgrades you could imagine! Turbo charged, 410 rear, custom exhaust, racing suspension and the stock 3200 stall speed converter with a trans shift kit!! I couldn’t call their phone number quick enough, once I got in touch with a salesman I was told that the car was on hold for a customer, I couldn’t believe I missed the car!!! After talking to the manager Enzo he told me that someone had the car on hold and that they were picking it that day, I told Enzo for any reason they didn’t pick it up I had cash and would buy it ASAP. Enzo appreciated my offer but couldn’t sell it since he was holding it for a customer, that guy was lucky to have such a great guy stand up to his word since I tried everything to buy that car that day. I waited til the hold date was over and called Enzo back to see if the car was still available, to my surprise he still had it, I thought great it’s mine only to hear Enzo say “I’m going to give the other guy a call and give him a few more days to pick it up since the gentleman lived out of state. Well I also lived out of state with cash in hand!! Well it was a few days later and I got a call from Enzo stating well how would you like to buy the Marauder. Well from that call I proceeded to set up payment and Enzo moved the sale right along with all the paperwork completed within a day, he also got the vehicle on a transporter that night and I had the car in my driveway the next afternoon!! Enzo is most likely the most honest sales manager I ever deal with, he kept his promise to a customer he was dealing with knowing I would of flown down to the dealership that day to buy the car he kept his word to the other guy far longer then he was supposed to! And only then he followed though with his word that he would call me back on the car. Enzo, you are a great person of your word and I appreciate that!! Not all Salesman/Managers I’ve dealt with in my lifetime purchasing a car came across many people like you. If anyone talks to Enzo about a car trust me his word is gold!!
