After my service was completed, I was shocked to find that I had been charged twice for the same service. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they seemed disorganized and unhelpful. I was passed around from one person to another, and no one could provide a clear explanation or resolution. It felt like I was just a number to them, rather than a valued customer. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating and left a bad taste in my mouth. It’s hard to trust a dealership that can’t even get the billing right. I would recommend being cautious if you choose to go to Jim Butler Maserati. I certainly won’t be returning for any future services."
