"*update* Car was fixed by Suntrup Kia at NO CHARGE! Had a few great interactions and a few not so great but my car was fixed and I’m appreciative of that! The purchase of the vehicle was not bad! Matthew was super nice and had a great personality. Trying to get the issue with my car fixed before the 30 day warranty was the problem. I felt like it wasn’t taken seriously and there was no real effort to fix the problem. Like they didn’t want the responsibility so they pushed it off as long as they could. Now, I’m still having the same issues and will have to pay out of pocket but at least I have someone I trust to take it to. Someone that won’t rest until the problem is fixed and I’m safely back on the road. Definitely won’t be coming here unless it’s a recall issue."

"We set up an appointment, and i let the lady know we didn't have another vehicle to drop it off and she told us since it's an update it shouldn't take more than 1-1.5 hrs to get done with the vehicle. We show up the morning of. They had us pull it directly in to the service lane. Great, I thought. This was about 9:30 AM. We wait and around 12:00pm we walk around because we had been sitting in the waiting room. We find our vehicle had been pulled out and parked around back and had been sitting there ever since. They hadn't touched it in the 2.5 hrs we had been there. When i asked about it. They said they were busy and they were down a tech. To me that's no excuse to leave us waiting 2.5 hrs without at bare minimum giving us a heads up when we were told 1-1.5 hrs on the phone."

"I hope to update this review ASAP and improve the rating as the overall experience was not initially bad. The issue I am having is that we are approaching a full month after trading in a vehicle and the dealership has still not made the payoff payment on our trade-in. I’ve called in three times and was told ten days ago that they’d gotten behind and it would be completed within 48 hours. Other than the above, the buying experience was fine. The typical games were in play and mild pressure to buy things you don’t want, but nothing overly aggressive and probably better than average in my experience."

"James Bullock went above and beyond to help me get my Subaru forester! It had been listed as wholesale on the website mistakenly, and he saw it on the lot and was proactive in getting me there before a number of people who were interested in it knowing it would go fast. I was in a nasty total loss car accident and had been really struggling with poor customer service at other dealerships, so I really appreciated how smooth he made this process.
