Our son needed a vehicle on short notice in order to relocate to another state for remote learning, far away from his college campus which had shut down. Mahdi did NOT take advantage of our vulnerability during this stressful time. Instead, he was direct, honest & genuinely helpful. We purchased a quality vehicle at a fair price & Mahdi followed up with us multiple times to make sure all was well. Mahdi will be the first person we contact the next time we need to purchase a vehicle. Meanwhile, our son loves "his" car & dreads the fact that he can't keep it on campus, which has re-opened, next semester. "I hate computers, but I am going to sit down and write out a review because of the experience I had at S.M.R. Auto. I must admit that I don't have the highest opinion of car salesmen, but Mahdi changed that for sure. From the moment I arrived, there was a completely relaxed atmosphere. No pressure, no worries. I was interested in a 2012 Focus that was well taken care of but had a few blemishes as any used car has. Mahdi, was quick to take note of all of the little details that I noticed and he wanted to fix every last one of them. He let me know that he wanted me to be really happy with this car. I was prepared to negotiate a fair price and fix these minor problems myself but after Mahdi assured me that he was going to fix the issues, I couldn't, in good conscience, offer him any less.
