"I brought my car in for an alignment and to have the valve stems replaced. The job was completed in the promised time frame, but I misunderstood the estimate to have the valve stems replaced. I expressed my concern during checkout and the service manager, Don Koch, listen to my concern. He acknowledged my concern and took my invoice to his office to briefly review. He adjusted my invoice and offered a discount on my entire service visit for the inconvenience. Don went above and beyond! Great customer service and happy customer!! I will return. Thank you!"
