"The BEST experience I have ever had dealing with a complicated Disability issue over a TOTAL of (7) visits since Nov. 2022 until June 6, 2023, was handled by a Mgr by the name of Mr Frank M. He was calm, very professional, compassionate, & straight forward about what happened, what I needed to supply/fill out, etc. to get the issue resolved. He deserves a bonus, a raise, and should be training everyone. I returned documents next day to different rep, and once again, no telling if it will be resolved........5 stars for Mr. Frank M at the Riverside Dr location in Rome GA. 2 Stars for the others. Kind but no follow thru whatsoever......."
