Reviews of Horace King Memorial Bridge and Garden
"Good area to walk, take pics or just need somewhere to clear your mind."
"Super cool to actually get to walk across this amazing bridge.... Would like to have able to get more specific info at the site..."
"Ni e covered Bridge. There's a closed ridge parallel to it to the east. The old Langdale Mill structure to the north east. A stone Bridge to the north past the bots and girls club building. A small art park display to the north by the stone Bridge."
"Nifty bridge on the Rails To Trails bike path, where you can see the details of the Towns-style truss construction used extensively by Horace King (this bridge is a replica, btw). Also, as shown in one of the photos - the one with the view of the front of the church, as seen from the bridge, with the police car on the left - a notorious speed trap area. The cop watches the spot where the speed-limit drops from 35 to 25, when one is driving toward the bridge from the direction of the cemetery."
"It's on a bike trail and you can just bike across it or rest in the shade when the sun gets too much to handle."
